We love this campground. I did notice this year the outhouse had a smell which it never had before.

Has three vault toilets, two potable water, bear proof trash. Right on the creek in the canyon but also right on the highway. Beautiful and was able to get some good dark sky on the moonless night we were there. Well maintained, nice little beach and swimming area but of course the water is ice melt cold. Quiet and well run by the camp host!

Excellent place! We were at a site away from the road, so the noise wasn’t too much. The sound of the river drowned it out! Great little walks, and close to Crested Butte for adventures and hiking. No bear box. Toilets were the best smelling and cleanest I’ve ever seen. Our camp host actually checked us in, kept site availability up to date daily, and cleaned the bathrooms daily! The sites are far enough between that I couldn’t hear any generators and only occasional barking or babies crying. There are paved walking paths down to the river with places to sit. We will be back!

Campsites and toilets are clean. Excellent host.

Rosy Lane has been in the hands of the most excellent campground hosts one could hope for-Tracy and Don-for the past several years. My hubby and I are sad to see them leave but happy they’ll still be having a positive impact on every person they meet and on our forest environment. Thank you Tracy and Don!

Great campground right on the river. We were closer to the highway so it could get a bit noisy but we slept fine. Bathrooms were clean and the camp host was way nice!

The area was beautiful. The sites are maintained and the staff was super helpful and friendly. I would recommend this campground to anyone wanting to find a great place to fish or just chill.

I LOVED this campsite and will be back. Host was friendly and pit toilets were clean, the river runs by the campsite and there’s great access and overlooks to enjoy. Easy to get to gunnison n forest or head towards crested butte. My one complaint is that the sites on the loop facing the road definitely have less privacy but most are still good. Mine in particular there was no foiliage up by the road between the campsite so it was particularly not private and loud with cars- but all the other sites had more trees etc. will definitely be back!

Beautiful campground with clean bathroom facilities.

Not a bad spot in the campground. Nice and quiet and the bathrooms are taken well care of. Close to the river for a quick dip!
