Shepherds Rim Campground is highly praised for its beautiful location, clean facilities, and the exceptional service provided by camp host Tim, who is described as friendly and proactive. Campers appreciate the well-maintained bathrooms, spacious campsites, and easy access to numerous hiking trails and fishing spots. While some noted limited privacy and the presence of mosquitoes, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

One afternoon we went horseback riding at Trapper's Lake Lodge. We had a great time, certainly the highlight of our trip.
