Basecamp Pagosa

Really enjoyed our stay, this RV park has some sites that are 30 amp and some that are 50 amp. My travel trailer is 30 amp so I stayed in a 30 amp site. The bathroom and laundry facility are in perfect condition and are close to all sites. The sites vary a little in how level they are but I had no issues getting my trailer leveled. Additionally we met a lot of friendly people which made our stay even better. Most of us had dogs and got to know each other during our daily dog walks.

I had a pleasant experience staying one night in my van at Basecamp Pagosa. The staff was really friendly at check-in. I was surprised that at night it was pretty quiet considering the proximity to the road. I was in a nice shady spot surrounded by tall pines.

Great location close to the main shopping but out of the hustle and bustle. Spacious, beautiful sites with plenty of big shade trees. Nice modern facilities. Staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Such a lovely RV park very accommodating! We have a 40 foot RV diesel push and we pull a jeep. There was plenty of room for us right near this beautiful meadow. They have brand new private bathrooms with showers and all new washer and dryers. Right in the heart of Pagosa Springs, Colorado.

We're full time living here and love it. The wildlife is a daily show, large spacious shaded spots. Easy access and brand new Laundry Room and Showers opening for next year's season.
