Homestead Campground

We returned after 15 years. Much bigger than before. Problem was, we eating dinner outside around 9pm and very rude woman decided to cut the grass of several seasonal sites right across from us. Besides the loud lawn mower, she kicked up all the mosquitoes. Office was no help. She just stared at me. Ruined a good dinner.

Campground is very clean. The bathrooms were spotless. One complaint- not on the campground itself- when you are sleeping in your tent at night- you can hear the road traffic- that’s not a complaint against the campground, though. We enjoyed our stay. Friendly people, clean facilities, and great amenities.

$117 for one night. Admittedly, it was holiday weekend. Nothing available, so we had to book this Campground.

Very busy Campground. Nice place if you have kids. However, we did not. Kids running in and out of our campsite the whole day and night. Screaming, loud and the opposite of a relaxing evening. Not to mention golf carts going by every two seconds.

Great for families and kids, but not for us :(

Grandparents just got a place here and it's clean, family friendly, relaxed and overall laid back! Im at ease with them being there by themselves and everyone has been so nice... thats def a change from the norm day to day! Anyway overall so far so good and has surpassed our expectations!! Definitely check it out!!!

I can’t say enough about how much fun my wife and I had at Homestead Campgrounds. Imagine waking up early and driving 20 minutes to Rehoboth Beach to walk along the beach or boardwalk. 20 minutes in another direction and you’ll find yourself at a top notch Casino. If you like antiquing just head to Berlin MD. where you can also visit an 18th century hotel that is refurbished to look exactly as it did in 1898.
Location is important and Homestead has just that. The campground offers 2 pools, a store, basketball court and 2 dog parks so bring the pups with you. The hospitality from the owners is outstanding and they really made us feel at home.
The rates are affordable and the campground is clean. What else could you ask for? Call today and make your reservation. See you there!!!
