I showed up for a rental pavilion. It was not ready to be rented. Poisonous spiders draping every corner and table. Rust covered tables were not inviting. Some missing adequate hardware to be safe. Rental listing came with 3 grills 2 of which were unusable. One totally missing the entire bottom of the grill. I reached out asking for help and was denied. Don’t plan your kids birthday here with a pavilion rental. They are in shambles. We self cleaned and made it by with one grill but I won’t be renting here again. Grew up at this place and sadly I don’t think the rental pavilions are maintained at all. Grounds staff say that’s not their job it’s Inventures job. Inventure says it’s not their job because they aren’t onsite. This system has failed this beautiful Florida park. I hope they can remedy this for future families.

We were in Loop B Site 20; we found the site small with a small sharp incline coming off the parking pad into the site making the toting of gear a tripping concern. One end of the picnic table was tangled into some underbrush. Water spigots are shared between sites; ours was less than 20 paces away. The bathrooms and showers were nice and there was a dedicated dishwashing closet with a sink and counter. The walk to the spring was lovely, the facilities in the recreation area were clean and pleasant. The walk through the picnic area was magical with nearly every picnic area occupied by happy gatherings; there was enough space so no one crowded another. The spring was cold and gorgeous! We had a terrific time and would like to come back.

The staff at the park were wonderful. We had multiple interactions with Brian specifically and he was very nice and friendly. I would have preferred to be able to drive and park at the spring as I have bad knees, but overall we had a good time.

Perfect place to bring your kids/ family to camp and or just for the day. The campgrounds are quiet, no loud party's going on. On the weekend the spring itself can get pretty crowded, but with the size of the spring you don't have to be on top of other people. I highly recommend bringing a snorkel to peek down into the spring and the sea life around. They do have a little store at the springs and there is also a market maybe 10 mins from the park.
