Quiet and beautiful place to visit. Camp hosts were very friendly. Bath houses were clean and showers were hot!

Alexander Springs Recreation Area offers a beautiful and well-maintained environment, with clean bathrooms, friendly staff, and a lovely spring for swimming. Visitors enjoy the peaceful campgrounds, spacious picnic areas, and opportunities for wildlife viewing and kayaking. However, some concerns were raised about pavilion maintenance, noise from nearby campers, and limited hours for the spring, suggesting room for improvement in management.

Love the park, love the access to the Florida Trail. The staff was great and the spring was nice. We were extremely disappointed that the Timulcan Trail was closed and appeared to have been for a long while. We also had very, very sketchy to no phone service.

A tight fit, but had a nice area with fire ring and picnic table. Florida trail was right across the road from the entrance
