W.P. Franklin campground is highly praised for its cleanliness, well-maintained facilities, and friendly staff, making it a favorite for many visitors. The serene river surroundings and well-spaced sites offer a relaxing atmosphere for fishing and enjoying nature. However, concerns about excessive speed bumps and some strict monitoring by hosts were noted, with suggestions for improvement on these aspects.

Great campground with large sites. Most are full sun. One of the hosts is over controlling of campers and makes staying here less than pleasant.

Very clean sites and restrooms. Very kind staff. Just not much to do if you don’t fish. Was hoping to bike around but the only roads in the area don’t have shoulders. Relaxed instead.
