This RV park was the worst at which we ever stayed. The premium lot had no picnic table or grass even though there were picnic tables at other lots. The office person came by to tell us we were on the wrong lot, but she was mistaken. There are no entrance gates or on site security. We were told by multiple vacationers that there were thefts of electric bikes. The baths and pool had signage indicating they would close at 7:30 pm, but closed at 6:00 pm. We were told it was due to drug activity in the baths that had security coded doors. Maybe changing the codes instead of punishing your paying customers would be a good idea. The transformer behind our travel trailer blew out. We got approved to move to a different lot and two days later was told by the same office person that we had to move back to the first lot because they rented that lot to someone else. We refused. Feeling that our vacation was not a very good experience, we told the office person that we were leaving early. We were promised that the manager would review our situation to consider any refund. We never heard from anyone, no surprise there. Stay away.

I recently visited Arbor Terrace, and I am beyond impressed with the level of care and professionalism they provide. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth and dedication of the staff. The facility is immaculately maintained, offering a clean, safe, and beautiful environment that truly feels like home. They offer a perfect balance of independence and support, ensuring every resident feels valued and respected. The programming and social activities are thoughtfully designed to keep everyone engaged and active. It is clear that the team here doesn’t just see this as a job; they treat residents like family. For anyone seeking a high-quality community with a heart, Arbor Terrace is easily the gold standard. Five stars all the way!

Our experience here was absolutely dreadful, the RV sites are set up face to face so there is no privacy at all. We had to share space with our neighbor!!! It is more low income housing than a resort. The homeless wander thru at all hours of the night stealing anything they want. Management knows it and does nothing to stop it. DO NOT stay here.

The location is great and close to the beach, but there are some serious issues to be aware of. There is no security whatsoever — no gate, no parking passes, and no one monitoring who comes and goes. There is also no staff on the grounds or in the office on weekends, which makes the security problems even worse.

Our electric bike was stolen off the back of our car in the middle of the night. After talking with the manager and several residents, we learned this is a very common problem here. If you stay, make sure absolutely everything is locked up, even items in the back of your truck.

We also had one of the most unfriendly neighbors we’ve ever encountered. He came onto our site without permission and even touched our belongings. I believe he assumed no one was home because the car was gone — but I was inside while my husband was out.

We’ve been coming here for at least 13+ years, and it’s sad to say, but this will be our last visit. The lack of security, lack of weekend staff, and uncomfortable interactions made this trip extremely disappointing. We’re happy to leave and won’t be returning.
