Tropical Gardens RV Park

So many people not following simple rules. Please don't speed, please don't play your vehicles music loud while driving through the park. Please be quite after quite time and please, please, please control your kids. We were given no notice when the park was going to FINALLY replace the security fence and the workers, (not totally there fault) moved our personal stuff, and walked all over our plant bed. How Rude. We are looking to move.

Worst Rv park experience in my life and I've been to many. Unfortunately rude as can be and act like your a nuisance for being here. Dont waste your money or time. Didn't give us any information, ignored us when we asked and we're locked out due to them being miserable and not wanting to help. Also showers are terrible gross, too small of curtains and cold water. Also office is always closed so good luck with anything! When they are open they will just be as rude as can be to avoid you.

This is the worst rv park I’ve ever been to. Rude manager! They charge your bank account what they feel like. Can’t get ahold of anyone. The office is always closed. Plenty of other affordable RV parks in the area! Save yourself the headache! The park “manager” lives across the parking lot so she’s never in the office. READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE RENTING HERE and you’ll see what you’re gonna be dealing with . It’s not a nice place, manager is rude , argumentative, petty, vindictive , lies about what your rent is. Go to Terracia ! Way nicer manager! Way nicer rv park! Don’t waste your time here! Shower facility had no hot water for 3 months! Nothing gets done here!

I was inquiring about a lot, but the woman I spoke to, I think her name is Amy, was really rude. She wouldn't tell me a rate for a lot and seemed very confrontational so I left. It's very hard to get ahold of anyone in management and the atmosphere feels very unwelcoming. It's like trying to play a game of phone tag to put deposits down or get information on a lot. Unfortunately 'Il be looking elsewhere.

I been in this Park few times and my family member lives there, Amy/ Marci toll him and the neightbor next Door that they needed permits , he didnt needed a permit for a fence and next Doors didnt needed too for What She Was doing there, Amy/Marci harassing them so much that he called the code enforcement so he can have proof of the non equally rules to everyone, rules are the same to everyone , so no we have proof with days of when the next Doors pulled permits because of the Amy harassment and the other project that my brother called the code enforcement and they didnt hace permits, horrible that a bigger project got done on another property and guess what Amy didnt ask them for permits, rules is the same to everyone , my brother gives them a Letter on 11/25/2025 , Kids trespassing and he shows Amy the video where the kid hits his motorcycle and in another occasión he Was completely stopped and the kid runned his car almost hitting him, Amy kid almost hit his mirror and scared the hell of him by passiing him faster when he Was going by a bump, another thing is he got signs of not trespassing and Kids kicked his cámaras twice and trespassing his propertie área , he complained few times already and on his 3rd OR 4th approach he gives Amy aLetter, People that move there should have respect for other peoples properties and signs too, we have proof of the harassment non been equally and She Amy only taking it as a joke, hes gonna post the pictures of the Letters and called out to have Amy boss or corporated manager to call him , She hasnt have that done yet.

Trailers parked on driveways when my brother been even toll to move it or it Will be moved, threatining him but others including with boat has parked for over a year, and one guy parked on Back yard for over 6 months , rules has to be the same to everyone, my Sister and some other in the family has something to tell too, corporated manager get with my brother lot 39.
