We've stayed at Riverwalk Landing twice and really have enjoyed our stays. Close and convenient to beaches, parks, groceries, restaurants, and more. In the office, Rani is helpful and provides superb customer service. Laundry facilities quite nice - better than most RV parks. The only improvements we can suggest are instituting gate access for more security and heating the pool -- no one goes in the pool because it's too cold. All in all, Riverwalk Landing is an excellent stop for a day, a week, or a month.

We recently stayed at this RV resort and unfortunately it was not a good experience. The property only has about 25 sites for short-term/tourist guests and seems to be much more focused on long-term residents, community living, and selling lots or park model homes. If you’re just passing through or looking for a typical RV vacation stay, this may not be the right place.
The biggest concern for us was the shower situation. The showers for transient guests are located by the office in a very dark area. At night it honestly feels unsafe and uncomfortable to walk there. The lighting is extremely poor, and the overall setup makes you feel uneasy. Taking a shower shouldn’t feel stressful.
Another issue is security — there is no gate and no fencing around the property. Anyone can walk or drive in and out without any control, which doesn’t give a sense of safety.
Overall, this resort seems designed for long-term community members rather than short-term travelers. Unfortunately, we would not recommend it for vacation RV guests.

We just finished up a 2 month stay here in our RV. And although quaint the service is top notch. The staff is incredibly friendly especially Rani. She takes such care to make the her visitors feel welcome. The campground is conveniently located only 20min to the most beautiful beaches and has a grocery within walking distance. The pool and adequate fitness room were a highlight for our family of 6. We'll be back again soon!

We had such a wonderful stay at this RV resort! The large pull-through sites made parking and setting up incredibly easy, and we really appreciated the generous space between campers, which gave everything a relaxed and comfortable feel.

The resort was perfect for riding bikes with lots of areas to explore, and we loved having access to the clubhouse and workout gym, which was a great added bonus. Everything was well-kept, quiet, and we always felt very safe during our stay.

One of the highlights of our visit was Rani, the campground manager. She quickly became a fast friend and truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. Her kindness and attention to guests made a lasting impression.

The location is also fantastic—close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping, so there was always something to do nearby.

This was such a relaxing and enjoyable stay for us, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend! 🌴🚐

Beautiful brand new RV/cottage park absolutely perfect in so many ways. Within walking distance (10 minutes) to Publix and dozens of other establishments. Great pool, corn hole, pickle ball, game room with all brand new stuff. The staff is super friendly. Laundry facilities on site. All for a VERY REASONABLE PRICE!!!
