Great campsite. Close to the kayak put in. Clean facilities. Aside for it being a bit pricey, I have no complaints. Thank you.

Friends who have been here several times recommended Salt Springs as a great Florida RV destination and they were right! The RV sites are nicely spaced. The walk from the RV to the springs is mostly flat and easy. The springs are beautiful and crystal clear. The facilities were very clean. Whats not to enjoy?

This is the best place we’re ever camped! It was very quiet and peaceful. The sites are large and clean. Features are paved sites, full hookups, large powder-coated mesh picnic table, pole for hanging things, standing charcoal grill and fire ring. The impressive black waste connection was in a recessed stainless steel sink with a threaded connection and a secondary drain for rainwater. Of course swimming in the springs was a wonderful experience. But the best feature is the friendly staff and many camp hosts that work constantly to keep everything clean and tidy!

Salt Springs Recreation Area has great spacious campsites, full hookups, clean bathrooms and a super swimming area. We have been staying there for the past 6 years for 2 weeks each year and will continue to do so…
