If I could give ten stars I would.
Central park will forever hold a piece of my heart and was the biggest blessing to me.
Yvonne and everyone in the office and maintenance are above average. When I tell you they truly care about their residents, they do.
You won’t find a better price for a better lot in the area, guaranteed.
Down the street from 24/7 Love’s gas station and the only Walmart within the next 15 miles or so along with every fast food place you can think of.
They pick up your trash right at your site twice a week and maintain the grounds as well as laundry rooms and shower rooms.
They take complaints seriously and are committed to keeping residents happy.
I absolutely appreciated my time here.

Do not visit or buy in this community its horrible Lot 98 has TERMITES as you could see in the foto we called terminex to do inspection and protect our home out of our own expenses. A professional concluded that lot 98 has termites and has damage do to termites and Sammy the Maintenance guy says it is not active but you could see the damage. The office takes Sammy word including Yvonne instead of a professional. They do nothing to help keep the park up to code and livable and that's ok we will continue to document everything from emails to fotos, receipts and copies of complaints just in case we have any damages to our home. DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I had to cancel my reservation at CENTRAL PARK RV HAINES CITY FLORIDA…weeks before i was to arrive as husband had a MAJOR medical issue happen and wasn’t able to travel. The bank card i used at the time was valid ..after the cancellation our bank merged with another bank issuing us a different card different number so central park..yvonne..tito..and jose said they had to approve my refund with sun communities ..corporate office. As yvonne said when she ran my card on their file ..the one no longer valid would not go thru to refund!? I was told corporate may send a paper refund to me and supposedly she filled out the form for that and sent it to corporate. Well it’s been a good 2 months and no refund i have received after Yvonne told me it was approved to return a paper check to me by mail. Every time I inquire about it I get the same answer…give it to end of week and it’s been WEEKS! Now I’m being told the form Yvonne supposedly filled out for my approved refund has to start over again! Our family had a family reunion and some of the family reserved a campsite AND cabins to stay at Central Park. Most were not satisfied with this park. A handicapped cabin only had a outside ramp..no handicap anything inside..no bed linens for extra bed…tv and internet was not working …wasp next under porch chairs which 2 family members were stung by them and no one in park to help until Monday which the time spent there was over before the Monday. It’s been weeks on end I have tried getting hold of corporate but Central Park rv says they don’t have a phone number for them. I emailed Sun community twice and left a message on a resident line I was told I possibly could do and Yvonne calls me back to only say the same I’ve been told for several weeks..that nothing can be done except another form to send me possibly another new refund since I never got the one I was told I would. Oh and now after ALL These weeks has passed she mentioned it could be the post office fault. (Mail) my family are upset with the park and the word of returning my approved refund I still have NOT received and the things my handicapped nephew cabin wasn’t equipped with as said also being stung by the hornets. Amongst other disappointing things…they will never use this park again. Once was enough with what has happened! Never again. I take peoples word for things that I feel they are honest but this shows a total different direction for me from this park. And my family who reserved a spot there too. My sisters card was used for her reservation at the time we reserved for her handicapped child and her and husband …she got a new card by her bank…different number then what she used to place reservation and they refunded her a day later…so what’s the problem. I would reconsider any reservations placed with this park with the issues we have/had to deal with. It’s been a few months with same story from them after I believed them when told my refund is on the way. And I’m still waiting and now saying they have to start it all over! Come on somebody this is why it’s hard to trust!

Very quaint little rental. Our space was 149, unit was clean and accessible. Now my concerns/complaint. We had NO Wi-Fi hook up and couldn’t access television. When we called to report and get a solution we were greeted with “sorry I can’t help you, that is the Wi-Fi supplier, must be a problem with their service.” We lived without it - the MAJOR concern we found at 11:00 PM, there WAS NO EXTRA LINENS OR PILLOW ANYWHERE IN THE SPACE FOR THE PULL OUT BED OUR SON WAS USING. We ended up taking the bed coverlet and using it as the linen on the pull out. Last was the wasp nest attached to under one of the blue Adirondack chair on the porch - sat down and had 6 or 7 flying around our heads! Now, I will be calling the management tomorrow with these concerns as I will NOT be held responsible for items missing that weren’t there to begin with.

Me and my husband have been renting a lot from this park since April 2024, and we absolutely love it here. Each and everyone of the employees are sweet, polite, and always have a smile on their face. Not one compliment about anything here. We will definitely be renewing our lease at the end of our current one. Keep up the good hard work Central Park. Y'all rock!
