This is a Resort/Camping grounds for people 55+ "Snow Birds" and year round residents, right there at Lake Lowry. The grounds are clean and well maintained, a quiet community. There are RVs, Mobile Homes, and Cottages.
My rent is $533, which includes water, trash & sewage. My Power bill is quite reasonable during the fall, winter & spring. The summer heat does drive the bill sky high but I figured out ways to bring it down!
There are lots of activities to choose from to participate in. This is a great place to live!

If you desire peace and quiet...and a little fishing, this is heaven. Sunrise is a daily habit, with coffee. A pool or beach would make it even better! The staff are wonderful, always helping and checking on my welfare.

We loved it, stayed in our camper there, already scheduled next year, and don't plan on staying anywhere else.

Very nice quiet park. A little cumbersome to get to but go slow and you'll be fine. It's 10 minutes to get to a highway to get anywhere. The roads in the park itself are teeny tiny. The spaces to park are of mixed review. Our spot, 82, was excellent. Great scenery. Cranes out your window daily. Very clean and well maintained. Communication with the office is touch and go. Probably won't stay here again because of the location mostly.

Since Jan 2022, when the park sold, everything has changed. Management doesn't enforce the rules equally for everyone, and the rules change frequently without notification. The waterfront fishing pier has been underwater for at least a year and has not been repaired. All the wonderful activities they talk about are bingo and pot lucks. No significant improvements have been made, but prices are going up. It seems like the new owner wants us all to leave. Negative management including ordering me to cease putting up my display screen in my yard that was used to celebrate holidays and other special days including displaying my American flag and my father's folded triangular flag in a display case on Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Veteran's Day. He was a WWII veteran. And we only put the display up for a few days at a time. 3 days is the usual display time. Done for the 3 day holiday weekend. We were actually asked to do this by the former park owner who built the park.
