Tropical Palms Resort

Staff very friendly, park is clean and quiet. It's a resorts so sit back and relax. Cabins are well maintained. Campsites are clean with room to move around. Cost is a little more for the luxury.

Trying to make a monthly reservation. The thousand trail representative quoted 5k for one month during off season. I told her it can't be as the prices are normally between 90-120 a night there. Need to better train your staff. Been on hold for over 20 minutes waiting for someone that knows what the rates really are

My family and I stayed at this RV park during our visit to universal Orlando, which was about 20 minutes away. We really enjoyed it here, and actually extended our stay by two days so we could relax after visiting the park. The campground was spacious, had plenty of amenities like a heated pool, mini golf and a gym. My only complaint was that dynamic pricing of the stay when I extended, but overall the costs were reasonable and again I decided to stay despite the price increase when I extended. I would definitely stay there again if I was visiting the theme parks in Orlando.

Tropical Palms is a family friendly resort. Close to the disney parks and many restaurants. We stop here every year, going and coming from Florida. The staff is very attentive to the need of guests, especially Maykala at check in. She will do her best to make your stay stress free. We truly appreciated her on this stay. It is very nicevto work with someone that wants to help. You don't find that very often. Thank you Maykala for your help. Don't miss the chance to stay at a resort that is welcoming. See you soon

This is our second time stay at Tropical Palms the first time we stayed in the park models this time we stayed at campsite. We were not disappointed. The campground was clean and well maintained and felt isolated while being close to everything. It was a short easy drive to Disney parks. They have fun little activities in the evening and everyone we met were pleasant and happy with their stay. Would definitely return
