Palm Breeze Estates

Palm Breeze is not a fancy place with amenities outside of utilities however a little community of SUCH kind helpful people. For example when we pulled in at dark peiple came up to help us get us in the tight spot . Edna the ofrice mgr stayed till we were all set..
Its a very convenient location and Very reasonable rates too . Dont go through campspot but go direct to the park office

If I could have gave minus points I would have done that
Been there for 3 years. I have no privacy there. People keep walking through my Lot. They'll just do what they want and nobody seems to want to help me to take care of that issue. Just seems to be normal but when you look it up on Google that is not normal. It's actually rude disrespectful. At times they even had congregations there right there in my lot.

People /neighbors cut through my lock to get to the other side of the park even though it's the same distance. If they go around it's exactly the same distance but yet they feel it's shorter. So they just cut through my lot. Walk around my personal belongings like my car. Touching my car running around my motorcycle. I'm quite fed up with that. I wouldn't recommend
to rent the lot that I'm renting

Needed a place to move to quick. Cindy was able to get me the documents I needed and process everything quick. Edna is the sweetest and made sure I settled in and is very knowledgeable about the park. Community is quiet and tight knit.

Made reservations last year in 2025, when arriving you can not find the office, a person come out of a building, showed her my receipt and lot number, they had already rented the lot. Not sure where all these reviews come from or pictures! The park looks nothing like the pictures posted, they wanted to give us another site, but there was a tree and looked like telephone post, and a narrow road with a truck across the street in the road, no way could we have made it in. Plus we didnt want a 50 amo box. Was told by manager they will give full refund well we will see, since the manager is in Kansas, and they wont give a statement saying they will give a refund. No one there i talked to who come out to help, would give their name.

This rv park is different from most of the ones I’ve been at. There’s a real place of feeling welcomed here for me. I have been feeling like being at home here in this place. So many families live here and the children playing outside reminds me when I used to be able to do that when I was a kid. Since I’ve been here from the beginning of the year in January I have felt welcomed and nothing has disappeared so it’s a great place to live in without being jacked( or get something stolen). I appreciate the manager by the nickname of jellybean which has been there for anything that I have needed ever since I’ve been here. For instance my lights went out and she got someone by the name of Luis to come help me out with my problem. I’m grateful that he figured out the problem which was my 50 to 30 amp reducer . I went to get a new one - problem solved. But don’t be discouraged by the appearance of the park. Some really good people live here and I got to see that for myself. I really enjoyed living here with everyone that surrounds me and I appreciate the welcoming of me in my older travel trailer. I recommend this place to whoever wants to stay for a short while or a long while. I was here for a job which came to an end today. I will be going back to my home state in at but I will take with me all the good memories that I got to live while staying here in Palm Breeze.
