Monticello FL has a Good Sam member benefit. A camping place you're going to like that is the easiest check in. Our picture is taken to show vacancy camp sites available on the day of our visit.

This campground reminds me of one of those dating apps. Their website description looks great but in real life it is a real loser.
Terrible restrooms, laundry room, and pool is closed and full of green stuff.
Power pedestal trips anything over 4,000 watts of draw. Tried a second pedestal with same result,
There are NO other amenities mentioned on their website.
Host tried to help but campground is just not maintained.

$47 a night is a little outrageous for a glorified parking lot adjacent to a busy highway.

This is a very basic, almost rustic little park that has seen better days. But, it is peaceful, clean and supplied what we needed as far as power and actually had great WIFI! You would never know that it is just off a freeway near the capitol of Florida! I liked it and I love the smell of pine trees so it worked for me for the night.

Very quaint small park seems like most are pull thru easy in out right off freeway
