Second time staying here and we will be back. Everyone here is very friendly, from the office to the folks staying there.Reasonable rates too. Close to stores and beach. Love to walk or bike ride around and look at the airstreams. They allow different RVs there now. Bingo on wednesdays in the clubhouse. You can also see cape canaveral launches from there. I would highly recommend.

Posted on behalf of the Jann family- We recently stayed at Land Yacht Harbor, a place we had stayed at previously without issue—specifically with our small dog. This visit was a very different experience.
I had an unexpected knock on the door and was told we had to leave immediately because pets were not allowed. This was shocking, as there was no indication on the website and no communication during the booking process that the pet policy had changed. Had this been clearly stated, we would have made other arrangements.
What made the situation far worse was how it was handled. My husband was at a local car show, I had no transportation, and there was a nationwide Verizon outage, so I had no way to contact him. Despite calmly explaining this and trying to find a solution, management was rude, sarcastic, and threatening—going so far as to say we needed to leave before “further action” was taken. Being threatened when you are physically unable to leave is extremely stressful and completely unnecessary.
I understand and respect no-pet policies. However, clear communication is essential, and basic empathy from management should be expected. Situations like this can be avoided entirely if policies are clearly visible and consistently enforced with professionalism.
We will not be staying here again, and unfortunately, we cannot recommend it. I strongly encourage management to update their website, make policy changes highly visible, and reconsider how guests are treated—especially when they are actively trying to resolve a situation. Sarcasm and threats are never appropriate and reflect poorly on the establishment.

My husband and I stay in our Airstream trailer here as snow birds. We LOVE it here. Its peaceful, clean, friendly and the office staff are helpful. Located only 6 miles from the beach, we go often. There are also many good restaurants within a few miles.

What a waste of an Airstream Park, with some of the nastiest, rudest individuals we have ever met. They have a horrible reputation in the Airstream community and people who own Airstream’s will not go there. The park is rented to people who don’t own Airstream’s and there is no sense of community. Stay away from this place the ratings are not accurate.

This is a great park. Very clean and well kept. The lots are spacious and cemented. People are very friendly. It's in a good location - close to amenities but far enough to be out of the chaos. Close to the interstate for getting around.
