Sunburst RV Resort

Cool location on the water with Marina to checkout boats and easy access close to highway. Three service clean spots, some gravel, some concrete. Restaurant right on site with ample selection. The staff was all very nice and helpful.

I stayed there for a little over 2 years through two different managers and always paid my rent on time.Even when I became unemployed, I still paid my rent.It was delayed but ultimately paid.
I worked every single holiday. We're setting up my equipment. I end using my supplies to make every event memorable.
I checked out on january second and left with what should have been 15 days? Credit since I checked in at the middle of the month and pay for a full month.
Then today I am asked how I will pay before it goes to collections??
on the 6th day of the month?

let's talk about the ones the park manager had been sleeping with who probably has not paid?I'm running entire much rent the whole time that he has been there...

Should we also talk about the cost per event over the last year that has went unpaid that I have hosted?
Or how the park charges an essential service fee of $30 to my phone, when they don't put one dime back into the park?

My family and I went for their Halloween festival.. very friendly staff, clean sites, & nice decorations… and best of all, we weren’t even staying at their campground and they still let us come and join the fun.. nice vibes for sure..

We stayed there in an RV site. The walks around the campground was shaded, peaceful and at the time we could walk out to the road to the cows grazing in the green fields.

Very peaceful and manager Tim was so helpful and really enjoyed helping others.

The pools and indoor Rec areas as well as laundry and clean spacious campsite puts this location on the “go visit again” list.

Booked a site for the winter, unfortunately due to my work wasn't in need for it anymore. Put down $100 deposit that I wasnt expecting back but found out from the operator I was charged $160 not $100 due to a "administration fee" that I was never told about. So I guess be aware of that. 😑
