Coach House

Great quiet mobile home RV park, neighbors are fantastic, great email communication,you have your own mailbox, sight we are in is an end spot with lots of room, but had to drive on other properties to get into our spot ,, very tight roads for a 44' with toad, lots of amenities, heated pool, shuttle board, special events and more, dog friendly. We are staying 2 months for spring training, Go O's, (First stop on a new life style permanent RVing) , only down side so far, we have not seen, nor hard from anyone associated with Coach house, when we git here, only way we found our spot was when Judy came out and helps us after we where blocking the road, 55 and older community

So many amenities. Such a beautiful Park. If you live here you only pay for electric everything else is taken care of. All dogs are accepted with up-to-date shots. We are so close to Anna Maria Island, all kinds of shopping lots of things to do. A great place to spend the winter.

This place is horrible. They pick and choose who loves and who doesn't. There are multiple people who are below 55 living in the park. People who are well over 55 drinking and doing drugs and firetrucks called in all the time for people so wasted. I would not want my grandparents to live around this place and they are always raising and overcharging to stay you can have a 3 bedroom house for the same price. Not a place for older peoplebut people with dementia who have not grown up yet. Park owners should be placed in a retirement home. I feel bad for the retired old folks who were conned into buying a place here when they have neighbors so high that they could burn park down. Very sad

Enjoying my retirement, Coach House has made it all the more enjoyable. Everyone here is really nice and they make you feel like family. So many activities and a great pool too. Management staff is very helpful and friendly. Love it here!!!!

New management and what an improvement. We are getting new roads, cable with high speed internet, security gates, we just got a new dog park and pickle courts. Seems to be no end to the improvements which were sorely needed. Rent is still cheapest in area. People are so friendly.
