Best place I’ve ever stayed. Office and maintenance staff are extremely helpful (Beth and Moe). Lots of amenities with activities galore. RV sites are well maintained. Lot rent is most bang for the buck in the area. We will be back!

This was our first time at the park. We had a water view site and absolutely loved it. Our site was flat and had a patio in the back with chairs provide to take in the view.

The grounds are immaculate with staff cleaning and trimming daily, all the while being extremely helpful and friendly.

The recreation room, gathering area and bathrooms were always immaculately taken care of.

The pool is such a tremendous retreat and spotless as well.

All this being said, the best kept secret of this place is the staff and the people staying in the park. Everyone is so friendly and welcomed us with open arms. We stayed for a month and immediately book next year for two months. Can’t wait to come back to this little paradise. Thanks to all the staff for a great job.

We stayed for 1 month and this was our first time in this part of Florida which we really enjoyed. We were able to take in a lot of sight seeing with museums, shopping and seafood festival. They have lots of activities on site with many food trucks stopping in. We enjoyed being close to Anna Maria Island which has an excellent beach with ample parking at Holmes Beach. Everyone was super friendly and we met some very nice people who we will keep in touch. Amenities are very nice and everything is well maintained. I do like hot tubs for my aches and pains. The temperature was really good but the cool weather made it hard to use as much as I wanted. The only minor aspect about the hot tub was the surface was a bit coarse so be careful on scooting around on your seat. It's very quiet. We would love to come back but our vagabond nature might make it a challenge.

The RV sites at Fisherman’s Cove are excellent, and the bathhouse is outstanding. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

The clubhouse offers virtually nothing, and customer service is very poor. While I understand the cancellation policy is meant to prevent unpaid empty sites, we had a legitimate emergency due to severe ice storms up north and notified the park that we would be leaving several days early, fully understanding that no refund would be provided.

After that, management called to ask if we planned to return. I said possibly. Despite this, the site we had already paid for was rented out during the days we were gone. Prior to attempting to return, my phone calls and emails went unanswered, which strongly suggests the site was re-rented while still paid for. That is unacceptable.

Overall, the policies and practices are not welcoming. Additionally, the location is extremely isolated—there are no amenities outside the gate, and the nearest place to eat or shop is very far away.

Great sites and bathhouse, but poor service, poor communication, and disappointing management practices.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Fisherman’s Cove, it is a beautiful little resort! The front area of the resort is just gorgeous and the views are spectacular! The back area of the resort is still a work in progress but coming along nicely.
The amenities are top notch! The fishing pier was a big hit for my hubby! I will say that the $1k deposit was a huge turn off and almost a deal breaker for us, we’ve never been asked for such a huge deposit, hence the 4 stars.
