Plantation Oaks

We stayed here for several months. The staff is attentive and kind, and the facilities are kept very clean. They have bathroom/shower houses, coin laundry, a community club house, and empty the dumpster regularly. Amazon will deliver packages to your site too! The monthly rates are very reasonably year round, and we enjoyed meeting the neighbors and watching the local wildlife.

My husband Kevin and I were here for 6 months for his work and got to know Christina and Michelle very well. They are the heart of the park and fun to chat with also. Michelle is always busy working on or fixing something and willing to give you a hand when needed. Christina makes sure things go round as they should and makes you laugh with her quick wit. If you guys are ever in MN you better stop and visit us! If Kev gets sent back near you we know where we will be staying! Glad to be home, but miss you guys.

I never thought I'd say this, but this place has gone downhill since Plantation Oaks bought it a year and a half ago (it used to be Sundial RV Park). They don't seem rushed to fix anything around here. For example - the air conditioner in the laundry room has been broken for at least 6 months. Also, there are only 3 washers & 4 dryers and 1 of each hasn't worked in well over a month. They only have someone in the office here a half a day each day M-F. There is nobody onsite on the weekends or in the evenings in case of emergency (or in case someone wants to rent a spot). They've gone up on the rent 3 times in the year and a half they've owned it and they've run it into the ground. I would not recommend coming here.

This RV park is a great place to stay a couple of days or a few months if you're working out of town, and the people that run the park are very nice.
