SPM Spanish Main

Wrote a review months ago and everything I complained about they blamed on the hurricane. Alright that’s fine the hurricane was 2 months prior to when I wrote the first review. It has now been almost 7 whole months since the hurricane and still constantly having boil water notices, still having the electric shut off , and people digging giant holes in our front yards. What the excuse now can’t blame the hurricane. This park sucks do not buy here it’s not worth it. The workers are seriously the rudest people, most don’t even speak English so won’t bother to try and help you if you can’t speak Spanish and the people in this neighborhood are loud, dirty, and can’t mind their own business literally breaking their necks to look into my driveway and home. I cannot wait until my house sells and I can leave this place.

Just moved to this RV Resort, and it has been a Blessing👏👏👏👍👍👍!!! Like any all ages community, the kids and teenagers can be bothersome, but not anything that's too much, thank goodness! The community has a great staff working here, they keep the community looking clean, and are very helpful with new resident questions👍👍👍. The community itself is not far from Hillsborough River State Park, so it is a very pretty area, lots of large oaks, and not a lot of surrounding development of subdivisions due to being adjacent to the state park lands😁😁😁👍👍👍! It is quiet, with some ponds with fountains, and a nice swimming pool, I really recommend this community for anyone thinking of moving, or temp staying here that is traveling with an RV🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟😸😸😸!!!

If I could give this negative stars I would. Unprofessional is an understatement for how I was treated today. If you wanna be played around with this is the place for you! I ask for availability with the Rv spots they gave me a list of the spots. I come back to sign the lease for the spot I choose only for them to try and place me in another Rv spot that we did not agree upon. Then when asked I got the response of “here’s corporates number good luck.” Is this the type of business you guys run? Is that your customer service? DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I'm happy here. The office personnel are attentive and helpful to you and your needs. It's a gated community. Everybody gets along with one another. They have game rooms, heated pool, work out room. Laundry
facilities play grounds for children.
Close to everything to much to list but when I say close like few minutes to shopping, groceries etc.

• one pet peve sure those who use the community shower's would agree & appreciate. Please those who use & don't clean up after themselves.
Stop leaving the park mantinance & other guests to clean trash and other rather unsanitary items from the shower's this is why they don't work right or drain, trust me use a shower that doesn't drain, it won't matter if your wearing shower shoes all the waste of not draining is going to cause you an infection from mold, mildew & bacteria getting in your pore's the maintenance can only do so much. Let the office know if they can't fix it and then it cost money in turn our lot rent may go up think about it if they have to spend money fixing things that you could have just done yourself after showering.
This would help cause the shower's sometime drain some don't.

Absolutely-0 stars if I could. The power is constantly going out and if its not the power it is the water being off. Its the middle of summer and no power for Ac ... pets and people are going to die before you actually hire a REAL ELECTRICAIN AND FIX THE PROBLEM !! I wish someone would had warned me before I moved in.
