Two weeks into an 8 week stay. Very convenient location, all the services are good, pads are great, concrete, plenty of space. Only con is some road noise but not bad in evenings or overnight. Rates are reasonable and would be a place I would recommend to others

It would be nice to rent from others here, but the owners will not allow that, even if you have family living in the park.

Some road noise for the sites directly on Englewood Ave.

We have been coming here for the past five years when make are annual visit to Venice.
We will be back next year.

The folks at this campground are super friendly and helpful. The laundry and showers are the nicest that we have seen in all our rving . The grounds are neat and well kept. Residents here were very friendly. Pricing is reasonable. We will stop here again when visiting Venice !
