Hammondell Campsite & RV park what a great community of fantastic people. Moved in for year round living and the community welcomed me and helped me get settled in without any questions. The community events and meals are out of this world great cooks. Management assisted me in my purchase of one of their properties and from start to finish and gave me a great deal. I call the home now and will miss all the snow birds until they came home. ♥️♥️♥️

Alot of older mobile homes. Pretty tight feeling lots. Not for me. Talked to a resident and she seemed to be happy so to each their own.

Great park for relaxing and catching your breath! Quiet, but close enough to stores for anything you need. Clean and well cared for park. Gail and the staff have been a great help in every way, good communication, friendly and willing to make sure you're doing ok. Owners are welcoming and thoughtful! - I will be back from time to time and definitely recommend!

Very nice park. The people are very friendly the pool is well taken care of and the facilities are spacious and clean. Update— Back for a second time. This park is so peaceful it has to be one of the most quiet parks we have ever stayed in. Beautiful Spanish moss covering the trees and it’s in a central location. The washers and dryer’s are all new and there is an app to show you what machines are open or still in use. ❤️ All the lady’s that work here are very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely loved our stay at Hammondell Campsites and RV Park. This has been the friendliest, most hospitable site we have been to in forever. Pat, her husband, Wendy and the rest of the staff was such a pleasure to work with. From the moment we arrived they made us feel at home, and even helped us setup our RV. Our RV site included water, electric and sewage hook-ups, and even cable TV. The site was very spacious and well lit, with a beautiful picnic area we really enjoyed. The pool was super nice and clean, and it's open from dawn to dusk. They also have laundry facilities, and activities hall. We fell in love with how safe and light the place felt, the people were all friendly and almost everyone we saw had pets, this was the perfect site for our weekend get-away for our daughter's birthday. Hammondell is about 3 miles from Legoland.

- Access may be denied to guests with unacceptable vehicles.
- Vehicles must be parked only in designated areas, not on campsites or roadways.
Safety & rules
- The speed limit within the campground is 5 MPH.
- Parents must supervise their children at all times.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Loud music and excessive noise that disturbs others is prohibited.
- Illegal drugs are not allowed, and alcohol must be consumed responsibly at your campsite.
- Firearms, weapons, and explosives are strictly prohibited on the property.
- Fireworks and hazardous materials are not allowed.
- Harassment or offensive behavior will lead to immediate eviction without a refund.
- Guests are responsible for damages or injuries caused by themselves and their pets.
- Guests assume all camping risks and indemnify the property from claims.
- The property is not liable for lost or stolen items or personal injury.
- Guests are responsible for securing their belongings; the park is not liable for theft or damage.
- Follow posted emergency procedures and staff directives in emergencies.
- Guests indemnify the park and owners from claims arising from their stay.
- Management can modify or add rules as necessary.
Wildlife & food storage
- Cutting or removing trees and vegetation is prohibited to protect the environment.
Fires & fuel
- Fires are allowed only in designated fire pits if fire bans are not in effect.
Pets
- Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times.
