Happy Days RV Park

This park, and particularly the “manager” Dee Osgood, made a reservation with me in November , 2025 but are now refusing to refund the $204 they charged to make the reservation. I had to cancel my trip due to a detached retina (now detached 3 times!). No cooperation, just a “so sorry”.
Watch your money with this outfit!

Good prices and good service.

This is by far the best RV park in Zephyrhills Florida. Nice clean and maintain, all the staff are very helpful and caring and make sure everyone that lives here needs are met. Dee is a great manager, plenty of activities to do, rates are cheaper than most of the neighboring RV parks. There has been several improvements and up dates, since the hurricanes last year. Happy Days is the best!!!

This is a quite, clean park where the residents are very friendly.

Activities are good; there was a women's day that was fun. The shuffle courts need to be resurfaced but the participation is fun and friendly. Darts is great as they create partners each time and anyone can win.

The pool was never heated and unusable for awhile until weather improved.

The wifi was disappointing; available in rec hall and laundry. In today's world, wifi is critical. Weve been at parks that either had boosters throughout the park or at the post.

The property staff , George and Deb, were great.

Okay, we had an emergency 2 nights to fill. They aren't set up for short stays.
