Rainbow Village Zephyrhills (Age Restricted 55+)

I had such a wonderful stay here at Rainbow Village! The place was spotless from the moment I arrived—everything was clean and so well maintained. The host clearly takes pride in making sure guests feel comfortable and right at home. The space was not only clean but also felt very welcoming and cozy, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Overall, this was one of the nicest and cleanest I’ve stayed at. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, worry-free stay, and I’d love to come back again!

Amazing park! My father has been living there for a year now and he absolutely loves it. Great people and very clean facilities.

The feeling of welcome was not only in the office when we arrived but also with all the people that we came across in the park! There are plenty of activities going on in this neighborhood that you would never get bored. Just a walk in this park, would make you feel at home. We plan on going back the next time we travel to Zephyrhills. Thanks for a great visit.

Love it! This mobile home park is 1 mile walk to the bus (which is great btw the go Pasco bus system) and it's "old Florida" off the main road 1 mile walk. This is my favorite park so far I've looked at. I just found another place with a lower lot rent. The management super nice and took time to show me around and a listing there. And pool!
