Zephyr Palms RV Resort (Age Restricted 55+)

Very clean and well kept. Super quiet and friendly staff and residents

We stayed here for around six weeks. We were on the younger side of the residents but that was fine. There were lots of activities if one chose to participate in. Park is very walkable and pet friendly. It was very quiet at night . Very close to major shopping . We particularly loved the small hometown Win. Dixie for groceries while we were there. It is in a fairly busy area as far as traffic but most of Florida is. This park didn’t have a lot of shade trees and not all sites had a slab and were a tad close together. We didn’t mind and enjoyed getting to know our fellow neighbors. The pool was well taken care of . The clubhouse is neat and clean and had a pool table etc. it also had a nice little reading library . Clean laundry etc. would I stay here again . Absolutely. Shout out to Dawn ? For answering my repetitive requests for the door codes .

We have only been here 1 week so far, we are here for the winter, (Michigan Snowbirds) this is our 1st winter in Florida and so far we love this RV Resort, we reserved back in April, I really liked how Donna answered and explained every question I had, and I had alot, we are very impressed with how friendly everyone is, we have a decent size lot for our 44 foot 5th wheel, it has slideouts on both sides and we still had room for our 10x30 dog fencing, they have lots to do here, the wife loves the pool, the restrooms are kept clean, we haven't used the showers as we have our own. We have run into one slight inconvenience, there is a church a couple of hundred yards away that likes there bass as far as music goes, so we don't here much music but do hear that bass, it happens so far only twice a week and just a few hours, I will update throughout our stay.

I lived in this community for about a year and a half and for a while it was nice management was nice and understanding but towards the end of my stay there management got rude and very nasty towards me threatening me and being very ugly for absolutely no reason at all. I always paid my rent on time kept up with my bills until towards the end of my stay there I fell behind on my rent due to loss of hours at my job. They got very ugly about it and wouldn't work with me to get caught up and they forced me to move with no money to do so and no where to go and they didn't care at all. I told them I can make parcial payments to catch up because I wasn't that far behind but they refused to help me and made a mole hill in to a mountain. I definitely don't recommend anyone living here especially on the lot I had 19C because you will get a Roach infection you don't want. Thankfully I found a much better place to move just in time because I thought I would end up living in my car again which I had to do for three months prior to moving to Zephyr Palms RV Park. That in itself is nothing short of a miracle.if I could rate this place a 0 I would. They most definitely need all new management that knows how to do business and run a RV Park because these folks definitely don't know how. I regret ever laying eyes on this place management is nothing but cold hearted snakes I wouldn’t ever recommend this place to anyone ever. Don’t be fooled folks Donna and Mary are wolfs in sheep clothing.

This is a nice area. This community is for 55 and older persons. It has a 5 foot heated pool. There is an activity building with a pool table, air hockey table, a tv and a few other activity items. There is a laudry area that has 4 washers and 4 dryers. You can use your credit/debit card or you can down load an app and use this area that way. Very convenient to shopping and eating areas. Located about 8 miles from I-75 and about 4 miles from Zephyrhills Florida. It is about a 40 mile drive to Tampa.
