Had a great time with my family camping in May but thoroughly disappointed that my July 4th camping reservations were cancelled for the THREE SITES we had booked. Now, our 4th of July plans are ruined as there are no other sites on the lake available for the holiday weekend.

We love this Campground. We come here multiple times a year. Can't believe they are closing it down... I will work this place on the weekends if they need someone...

Trees entering the roadway scratched the paint on my Motor Home. The dump station does not have a hose connection to flush black tanks. Sites close together and not much area.

We had a nice time, even though it rained a lot. The lake was pretty, there were plenty of birds and frogs to listen to, and the other campers were nice when we went for a walk. We brought our bikes, but found it too hilly. Folks with eBikes had no issues, though. The bathhouse was clean, but they do not have soap or paper towels. We thought the check-in was easy. The man there, Robert, was super nice.

The two employees who work the front of the campground are beyond lovely and helpful π they truly made the campground feel like home for the 14 days we were there. The man stopped on his rounds on the golf cart to tell my children about the ranger cards and the life jacket program so we collected four cards a kid while we were there flagging down Rangers. The campground overall is clean and the lake is beautiful. My only qualm is how gross the bathrooms are. They really need renovated...it looks like something out of a horror film and it feels gross to shower there, not to mention I had to take an ice cold shower.

This is an average COE campground and could use better bathroom clearners.
