The sites are large and separated by trees and bushes. The park attendants (Tonya and Nannette) are two of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. They keep the park clean and tidy! Most sites you can pull your boat up to.

Our site was very spacious with a nice view and access to the water. Staff were nice and helpful when encountered. Only issue is that this campground is popular for get aways for family and friends, most of which were courteous, but our neighbor was a bit loud with music although they did observe the after 10PM quiet time. The Corps should rethink allowing so many folks and vehicles on one site. The criss-crossing and shared drives can create an issue if neighbors overlap onto the shared driveway area, that occurred for us. But the neighbor moved the vehicle when asked, so no problem there. Would I come again, yes, but not during the summer and especially weekends.

Our go to camp ground in the area. 90% of the sites have lake views, easy access for RVs, and there is distance between neighbors. The staff is absolutely wonderful. And their pride in managing and maintaining the campground is truly remarkable. Highly recommended for a secluded getaway.

Lots are extremely spacious and plenty of privacy and every site is mostly on the lake! Bathrooms are just ok. The site we stayed in (72) was closer to the smaller bath house which meant 1 shower stall and 2 toilets. The shower head was not adjustable height wise or pressure wise…shower head felt like it was beating your skin!!!
