Policies & Rules

Deposit

  • This is a private membership park. You must have a booking or appointment to enter the gate. Anyone caught on the property without a membership or invitation from management will be considered a trespasser and banned from the property.
  • Valid government ID must be presented to purchase a day membership to gain access to the property.
  • Memberships are purchased based on gender as assigned by your legal identification. Single male, Single female, or Couple.
  • Visitors are welcome at permanent members sites provided that visitor is in good standing with the park. If they use the facilities, they must purchase a membership.
  • No overnight parking or storage of trailers, boats, jet skis or utility trailers is allowed unless approved by management. Storage fees will apply.
  • All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay. A cleaning fee of up to $200 may be imposed if anything is left behind to be disposed of.
  • Per Georgia Statute, if you need or want to terminate your lease early, you must give notice in writing within 30 days of termination. If you do not notify the campground per the cancelation/termination policy, you will be charged a 50% penalty applicable to your site rent.
  • You must have a current confidentiality agreement in place for membership.
  • Don’t disrupt the peace and enjoyment of other members. This includes any physical or verbal activity that is abusive to any member, guest, or employee of the resort. Disruptive members will be removed from premises without a refund.
  • Any instances of criminal, sexual or violent behavior or solicitation of sex, drugs, or other prohibited behavior will result in removal and termination of membership privileges.
  • The filing of any complaint or passing of any negative/derogatory information against the MCG, its staff or members with a governmental authority, regulatory board, governmental officeholder, or employee will result in termination of membership and permanent removal.
  • Negative reviews on the internet or social media will result in termination of all future membership privileges. Seek resolution with management before you take it public.
  • Members violating rules that result in an eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay.
  • Deposit is one month lot rent.
  • No refund of deposit if cancelled less than four (4) weeks prior to arrival date.​
  • You will be responsible for any fees associated with your contract until the end of the Booking.
  • Cancelations are non-refundable. If notified more than four (4) weeks in advance, your booking may be rescheduled.
  • If your booking is rescheduled, you will be responsible for any additional fees.
  • There is a $25 rebooking fee for changing dates.
  • Membership Upgrades: Any time there is a Booking or an add on to your membership, that is a membership upgrade. All fees are due at time of booking.
  • It’s important to us that you are safe, comfortable and have an enjoyable stay. To achieve this, it is mandatory that you abide by our rules and regulations. Anyone that cannot follow these rules will be asked to leave without a refund.
  • Mountain Creek Grove (MCG) is a Private Membership only club. It is not open to the public. You MUST be a member to visit or stay at the Grove. We offer both daily memberships, and annual memberships. Memberships are purchased at the clubhouse upon entry.
  • Late Check-Out Policy: Management may be able to arrange a late checkout, or a late check-in if available. Additional fees may apply. To ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures.
  • In the event that there is an outstanding balance at checkout, please ensure payment is settled prior to your departure. Should the balance not be paid in full, please be advised that by staying with us, you authorize Mountain Creek Grove to charge the card on file to complete your transaction. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • The MCG membership termination
  • The MCG reserves the right to ask any member to leave or to suspend or revoke membership privileges without a refund. The filing of any complaint or the necessity of calling law enforcement shall conclusively be good cause for the removal and immediate termination of membership at The MCG. The Mountain Creek Grove shall also have the right to all other remedies available, including but not limited to, injunctive relief and damages.

General

  • All bookings are to be paid in full at the time of booking. When booking RV or tent spaces, we require them to be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Persons under 21 are not permitted on the Mountain Creek Grove Property.
  • You are expected to know the rules. They are posted on our website at mountaincreekgrove.net as well as posted throughout the clubhouse. You will also sign a statement stating that you read the rules and agree to abide by them.
  • We reserve the right to remove any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
  • Tent camping is permitted only in designated tent sites.
  • Glass containers are not allowed by the pool or in any common areas. Please pour drinks into a plastic container if needed.
  • Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group will result in removal from the park.
  • Drones or other remote-controlled machines may not be used at any time on the property.
  • Phones must have the camera covered with tape. There are no pictures allowed in the public areas.
  • Obnoxious or abusive behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED.
  • Sit on your towel or wrap anytime you are bare-bottomed
  • Follow posted pool and hot tub guidelines, there is no lifeguard on duty
  • Shower before entering the pool and/or hot tub
  • Do not use the pool or hot tub if you have open wounds or sores
  • Pool chairs are on a first-come, first-served basis. Any chairs, towels or accessories left around the pool or hot tub will be considered abandoned and removed nightly.
  • NO MEANS NO. Aggressive, predatory, pushy or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Do not pour cooking oil or grease down drains, on grounds, or base of trees.
  • Report any problems with your site to the Main Office or Maintenance immediately.
  • We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property
  • We reserve the right to request a background check for everyone staying in the park.

  • Responsibilities of Service Users
  • Limitations of Wireless Network Access
  • By clicking the accept button, below, or on any form on this site, the user agrees to comply with and to be legally bound by the terms of this Policy. If this Policy or any terms of the Service are unacceptable or become unacceptable to the user, the users only right shall be to terminate his or her use of the Service.
  • The User Specifically Agrees To The Following Conditions:
  • The user will use the Service only as permitted by applicable local, state, federal, and international laws. The user will refrain from any actions that we consider to be negligent or malicious. The user will not send emails containing viruses or other malicious or damaging software. The user will run appropriate anti-virus software to remove such damaging software from his or her computer. The user will not access web sites which contain material that is grossly offensive to us, including clear expressions of bigotry, racism, or hatred. The user will not access web sites which contain material that defames, abuse, or threatens others.
  • We reserve the right to change the Service offered, the features of the Service offered, the terms of this Policy, or its system without notice to the user.

Guests

  • All day members must call from the gate and register with the office.
  • Member assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Management harmless from and indemnify Management against the same.
  • Total number of members in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.
  • Day members are not permitted to stay overnight unless approved by management. All day members are required to leave by 12:00 midnight.
  • The park does not deliver mail or packages to any guests unless approved in advance. Mail and package delivery is picked up in the office by members. If it is found that mail has been purposely tampered with, Georgia law will be applied, and removal from the campground is the consequence.
  • Report any offensive behavior to staff or to any gold member (anyone without a wristband) immediately.
  • NO FIGHTING! Any verbal or physical behavior that is aggressive or threatening toward any member, guest, patron or staff member will result in permanent removal from the property.
  • Common grilling area is located at the clubhouse, for all members to use.
  • Please be courteous to other members around you.
  • Inconsiderate members will be removed from the park.
  • Profanity, abuse or violence towards other members of the park will result in immediate eviction from the park.
  • Members Wi-Fi Acceptable Use Policy:
  • We do not guarantee the security of this service. We use common security protocols with limited security for our members.

Pets

  • Member and their Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, or their party members, and/or pets.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is not suitable for the serenity/safety of our members or the Resort.
  • All pets must be on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals in their care.
  • The park has a two-pet limit unless management has authorized an absolute three-pet limit.
  • No exotic or oversized pets, including all reptiles or large birds, are permitted.
  • All Pets must be approved by management when making a booking. No dangerous breeds are allowed.
  • Never leave your dog unattended or tied outside for any length of time, this includes at the campsite, at the dog park, and during outdoor activities. Even if your dog is well-behaved, there’s always a risk of unexpected behavior from other dogs or people in the campground. We’ve also had wildlife wander into the park, and their actions with pets are unpredictable. Remember, your dog’s safety should always be your top priority.
  • Members are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Members who leave pet feces, holes, etc., may be charged up to $200 as a cleanup fee. Not cleaning up could also result in eviction.
  • Members should carry proof of their pet’s current vaccinations.
  • The park is not responsible for and will hold the pet owner accountable for any injury or damage caused by the pet(s).
  • Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal.
  • Do not bring pets into the common areas. Service dogs are allowed under the Americans with Disabilities act.
  • Pets are not allowed in the common areas, shower or restroom facilities.
  • There is a $50 pet fee for accommodations. An extra $50 pet fee can be incurred if you neglect to inform us of the pet prior to your arrival.

Safety

  • Weapons are not permitted in any public area. This is not optional. We do not allow any weapons in the general areas.
  • BYOB We do not sell alcohol at the park, if you would like to partake in alcoholic beverages, please bring your own. Always drink responsibly.
  • DO NOT leave trash out overnight.
  • All normal household trash is to be disposed of in the dumpster. No large items such as furniture, refrigerators, no metal from popups, folding chairs, etc. can be disposed of in the dumpster.
  • Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.
  • Use and or sale of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED.
  • No weapons permitted.
  • Campfires are only allowed in fire rings.
  • Do not dump charcoal on the ground or in fire rings.
  • No burning of trash.
  • Campfires and grills must always be supervised.
  • Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Keep your valuables locked up.
  • Campfires & Grilling
  • Use of the service is subject to the user’s own risk. We reserve the right to remove, block, filter, or restrict by any other means any material that, in our sole discretion, may be illegal, may subject us to liability, or may violate this Policy. We may cooperate with legal authorities and/or third parties in the investigation of any suspected or alleged crime or civil wrong. Violations of this Policy may result in the suspension or termination of access to the Service or other resources, or other actions as detailed below.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring they are running up-to-date anti-virus software on their wireless devices. Users must be aware that, as they connect their devices to the Internet through the Service, they expose their devices to: worms, ransomware, viruses, Trojan horses, denial-of-service attacks, intrusions, packet-sniffing, and other abuses by third parties. Users must respect all copyrights. Downloading or sharing copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited. The running of programs, services, systems, processes, or servers by a single user or group of users that may substantially degrade network performance or accessibility will not be allowed. Electronic chain letters and mail bombs are prohibited. Connecting to “Peer to Peer” file sharing networks or downloading large files, such as CD ISO images, is also prohibited. Accessing another person’s computer, computer account, files, or data without permission is prohibited. Attempting to circumvent or subvert system or network security measures is prohibited.
  • We are not liable for any damage, undesired resource usage, or detrimental effects that may occur to a user’s device and/or software while the user’s device is attached to the Service. The user is responsible for any actions taken from his or her device, whether intentional or unintentional, that damage or otherwise affect other devices or users of the Service. The user hereby releases the Company from liability for any loss, damage, security infringement, or injury which the user may sustain as a result of being allowed access to the Service. The user agrees to be solely responsible for any such loss, infringement, damage, or injury.
  • The Service may only be used for lawful purposes and in a manner which we believe to be consistent with the rights of other users. The Service shall not be used in a manner which would violate any law or infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, privacy right, or any other right of any person or entity. The Service shall not be used for the purpose of accessing, transmitting, or storing material, which is considered obscene, libelous or defamatory. Illegal acts may subject users to prosecution by local, state, federal, or international authorities. We may bring legal action to enjoin violations of this Policy and/or to collect damages, if any, caused by violations.

Smoking

  • There is no smoking inside and buildings. You will be subjected to a cleaning fee if there is any sign of smoking inside.

  • All visitors must check-in at the office upon arrival.
  • Check-In Time: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Parking

  • All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance. Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be properly tagged, titled, licensed, and insured. We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.
  • Food trucks are made available for specific weekends. They will be available to all members. Please bring cash to utilize this service.
  • Only 1 RV and a maximum of 2 other vehicles allowed per site unless stated otherwise.
  • Speed limit on property is 12 mph.
  • No vehicles can block any portion of roadway.
  • Vehicles may park in designated spaces only.
  • Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the park, including golf carts, scooters, etc.
  • We are offering this members Wi-Fi wireless Internet service (the “Service”) according to this Guest Wi-Fi Wireless Networking Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) as a free, non-public service to its visitors for the duration of their official visits. We do not guarantee the Service or specific rates of speed. We also have no control over information obtained through the Internet and cannot be held responsible for its content or accuracy.
  • Creating or running programs that are designed to identify security loopholes, to decrypt intentionally secure data, or to gain unauthorized access to any system is prohibited. Using any means to decode or otherwise obtain restricted passwords or access control information is prohibited. Forging the identity of a user or machine in electronic communication is prohibited. Saturating networks or computer resources to the exclusion of another’s use, for example, by overloading the network with traffic such as emails or legitimate (file backup or archive) or malicious (denial of service attack) activity, is prohibited. Users understand that wireless Internet access is inherently not secure, and users should adopt appropriate security measures when using the Service. We highly discourage users from conducting confidential transactions (such as online banking, credit card transactions, etc.) over any wireless network, including this Service. Users are responsible for the security of their own devices.

Noise

  • MCG provides various activities such as, but not limited to, DJ events, karaoke, music, dances, special events, etc. that may create sound levels which may exceed the decibel limit of local ordinances, state statutes, and or federal laws. These activities are an integral part of the Grove experience. Members agree that we will address it with management and never file any complaint regarding sound levels emanating from the amenities areas.
