Excellent camping. Sites of all sizes. Things for children to do. Facilities. Tents very welcome. We are tent folks.

Unfortunately have to leave a one star review. We had a two night stay booked for a long time, we canceled the day before our arrival time for a death in the family. Spoke to an employee there and everything!
The owner called us Sunday afternoon demanding payment and left nasty voicemails saying we stayed there and she saw our camper in that spot. Even though we have never been there before, she knew what our camper was? I’m not sure how they run their business but do people not check in? Any other campground we have stayed at, we have always paid at arrival.
I called her back and explained the situation and offered to send her the death record explaining how we never came! She was very rude over the phone and continued to accuse us.
We are not thieves and I will not stand to be accused as one. We will never stay here just based on the interactions over the phone.

Loved it! Yonah Mtn. RV Campground location is great to see Helen, Donlnega GA., Anna Ruby falls, Hardman historical site and Chattahoochee River. Set in the Mountains of Georgia you’ll see clear mountain streams and beautiful scenery. As for the campground it has gravel pads and roads, it set on a hill so each road is a level higher than the one below. Mostly sites have shade, there’s propane to refuel your tanks lots of grassy areas. The office doesn’t have much, just the necessities but the staff are super super friendly. For $60 a night well worth it. Use your Good Sam discount. Steve helped us to find a better route home than the one RV Life gave us. Will definitely return here, no question about it. We miss it already.

Great campground. Very clean. Love all the trees for shade. Spots are spaced well even for a large Class A. You can tell the owners/staff really care. We will be returning.

We arrived for a week of camping in our rv and the site was not level enough to get our wide Work and Play level. We tried everything and then I went to the office and told the host. Immediately they resolved our problem by switching us to a flatter site. Perfect! Internet is good and cell coverage is fine. The people here are the nicest, the sites very nice with FHU and the bathhouse is clean with hot water! This is our spot when we come to the Helen area.
