I was told by someone that parking was going to be reserved, which is why they asked me on the reservation how many cars we were going to have. When I got there, i was told that parking was first come first serve, and they couldn't reserve parking for my son's 1st birthday party. The lady was VERY rude and told me to "bump" up my party time so maybe all my guests could get in. I advised them that I would have to leave to get the balloons and cake and she told me that I may not be able to get back in to my son's FIRST birthday party. As I feel like that was rude and unprofessional, i chose to have my party elsewhere. Along with people disrespecting the fact that i had to pavilion AND the grill pavilion rented. When I showed up there was a family all sprawled out using the grill that I paid for and rented. Along with people walking straight through the pavilion and someone even sitting in the pavilion and when asked to move he would not. I do NOT and will NOT ever recommend reserving this pavilion.
