Arrival & departure

  • Check-in is at 2:00 PM; contact the office for early or late arrivals.
  • Check-out is at 12:00 PM; notify the office by 11:00 AM if checking out late. Advance reservations are recommended.

Safety & rules

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM; loud noise is prohibited.
  • Parents must supervise their children at all times and are responsible for their conduct and any damages.
  • Alcoholic beverages must be in unidentifiable containers; this is a family-friendly park.
  • Firearms and fireworks are not allowed in the park.
  • Shirts must be worn while in the park.
  • Drone usage is prohibited in the park.
  • Ladders must be secured to campers and off the ground.
  • Keep your campsite tidy for lawn maintenance.
  • Jenny Ridge Holdings LLC is not liable for personal possessions or injuries.
  • Respect your neighbor's site and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 10 AM.
  • Only household trash may be disposed of in dumpsters; larger items are prohibited.

Site types & loops

  • Hanging clothes outside or using clotheslines is prohibited.
  • One outside structure is allowed, a maximum of 8x8 feet, and must be on gravel.

Fires & fuel

  • Fires must not be left unattended, and only designated fire pits may be used.

Local regulations

  • Management may access any site for inspection or maintenance at reasonable times.
  • Soliciting is not allowed in the park.
  • Management can evict guests for rule violations.
  • Walking or driving through other campsites is prohibited.

Site capacity

  • Only one camping unit is allowed per site; moving spaces requires office approval.

Vehicles & parking

  • The speed limit in the park is 10 MPH and is strictly enforced.
  • A maximum of two cars are allowed per site; vehicle washing costs $15.60.
  • Extra vehicles, trailers, and boats must be parked in the storage lot for a fee of $52.00 per month.
  • Commercial vehicles are not permitted in the park.
  • Parking on the grass is prohibited.
  • Only licensed drivers may operate golf carts in the park.
  • The speed limit in the RV park is 10 MPH.

Pets

  • Certain dog breeds are prohibited in the park as determined by insurance; contact management for specifics.
