The bathrooms year after year not clean, no soap, or no paper towels.
I reserve for family reunion. For the price to reserve bathroom should at least be clean!

Great venue for a company picnic. Very clean, plenty of room, we had room for vendors and some cornhole games as well. Everyone really enjoyed the location.

This location was amazing! We planned to arrive by 8AM to blow the area out and start covering the tables but were met by a park ranger on site already doing this task. So the table area was clean, the bathrooms were clean, the trash bins were clean and empty. The location is so beautiful with a nice breeze off the water, plenty of shade from all the trees and great spot to set up corn hole (we had 4 with plenty of room). Highly recommend just very pleased with the location and those that run the area.

Hartwell is my hometown and it's always been beautiful to me however my last visit home was exceptionally special because we gathered with family & friends at Big Oaks Pavillion. Clean, Comfortable & Spacious! The view of the lake, closeness of restrooms, electrical outlets just everything was amazing. I will use this space again & again for gatherings! Gotta Love Hartwell!
