Stay Wilder Campground

We recently stayed at Stay Wilder Campground in Rising Fawn, Georgia. We absolutely loved our time there; it was so beautiful, quiet and conveniently near all the places we wanted to see! We had the chance to meet the new owner John, he was truly a great guy and his camp host Dave, he was a kindhearted man; we enjoyed talking to him about the history of the campground and area! We’re so excited for John and his family starting this new journey owning Stay Wilder Campground; we look forward to coming back to see what they’ve done!

This place is amazing. It has everything you need and more. Want to swing your RV/trailer in for a night? Want a cozy cabin with beds, a fridge, and tv? Want a tent camping site? They’ve got you covered. I even caught some fish in their onsite pond! 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for a family friendly spot to get away but still want your creature comforts nearby.

Great little and very clean family owned campground! We stayed right next to the creek,which was awesome to sit and listen too. The bath house was immaculate! We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Stay Wilder Campground on our hiking trip to Cloudland Canyon. It is a quick 12 minutes from the park.
We arrived after hours at Stay Wilder and John was very welcoming and showed us to our campsite, which was near the creek, with electric outlet, water supply, and wifi! The bathrooms and amenities were very clean and top tier .Thank you for an amazing experience; we will definitely be coming back!

We had such a fun time at your campground! The playground was so fun after dinner. We loved teaching the kids how to play Horseshoes. One of the biggest reasons we chose y'all was because of the creek. We love creek walking, and you didn't disappoint! Catching crawfish was such a fun surprise! We spent hours doing it! Thank you so much for taking care of us! (:
