I absolutely loved my stay at Tifton RV Park! I was in town for a business agricultural conference, and honestly, this place was the perfect home base. It’s such a hidden gem right off I-75. You can really tell how much heart goes into the property, the grounds are beautiful, and everything is kept so clean and well-maintained.

The staff here are just wonderful; they all went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and truly made me feel at home after long days at the conference. I also have to give a huge shout-out to them for clearing up down by the water at the lake. It made sneaking in some fishing way easier and more relaxing.

Pro tip: try to request a spot near the back of the park if you can, the sunsets back there are absolutely stunning. If you're coming through the area, this is the place to stay. I’m already looking forward to my next trip back!

To the owner(s) I stayed at this campground on my way to Smokies from Florida and back, back in 2023 back then it was a KOA It was a nice stay and quiet we pulled in late around 10:00 p.m. and the office was closed It was really dark of course not a big deal but I didn't realize they left our information on the bulletin board for us to find our spot which is my fault but I pulled into on the first spots in front of the office and we stayed the night and the next morning the workers saw us in the morning as they went about there business we went on with our business and got ready to leave and I went and checked out and it they had no issue with us staying in that spot because we didn't know where our spot was but we knew where our spot was on our return trip and everything went smooth and once again a quiet nice stay and You're not too far off the highway as well which is nice. I now see that it's privately owned and veteran owned I'm looking to do another trip in early 2027 and was thinking of making a stop here again up and back but I see a lot of negative reviews here and it's making me think twice One thing that stands out to me is the way you handle customer complaints and the way you respond you reply seem a bit abrasive and defensive about your and employees actions an attitude towards guests and there's towards you I know its your word against theirs and some people don't do there do diligence before and after booking. your cancelation policy Is a big turn off I don't know if it's the agency you use for booking but there should be full refund unless it's a day or so before check in I get it that Its meant to protect the business and your not the only one with that policy. i've been in hospitality business since right out of high school in my early teens up until now and I'm over 50 I know hospitality I run a restaurant and hotel The other thing that stands out to me is is a fact you're restroom facilities are for tent campers only and the equivalent I've been camping since I was young and scouting all the way up to now and I've done it all from tent camping hiking boat camping and out RV camping ,all my years camping including up to date and as an RVer the restroom facilities have always been for all overnight guests never locked up and only for certain guests please do not say it's a custom or comon in the campground business because it is not, it's obviously your preference and your rules for your private owned campground and that's okay , if there's problem with homeless using it that's ok to or because you're short staffed just be honest and upfront. Every paying guest staying overnight should have the right to all amenities. Some rvers don't want to dump there black tank on the road it's one more thing to hook up unhook dump and clean just for one night or they just prefer a regular bathroom sometimes , I'm sure you get more overnighters than extended stays , I don't mind using my facilities in my RV that's why I got It, I prefer it over public restrooms. I don't know if you been in the hospitality business prior to owning a campground but a campground is the hospitality business, I'm not telling you what to do or how to run your business or bad mouthing you or anything of that nature just pointing some things out to you . I'm passionate about the hospitality business and always have been I know that guests and customers are not always right, you just have to be careful how you deal with them and the way you word it because people read your replies when you respond it can be taken in a negative light. guests that are in the wrong let them bark all they want and just kill them with kindness don't bark back , Make it right with ones that are legit, the one little thing you do to make it right will come back to you tenfold. I don't you you don't know me it's just constructive criticism no hard feelings and if all goes well maybe I'll be there next year couple nights during our trip.
best regards, thank you for your service.

We stopped back to stay for the night on our way back to Atlanta. The sunset is beautiful. Very easy pull through sites and good hookups. The salt water pool was a very pleasant surprise!!! The two people at the front desk were very nice. 2 big gas stations right down the street. I would definitely stop here again.

Great place to overnight off of I-75. Close to the interstate but not so close that you hear traffic. Nice big sites with full hookups and and a pool. Cost less the truck stop rv overnight and much quieter

So we apparently came after hours and they were closed but after 8 hours of driving i didn't see the closed sign on the OPEN door and the lady wasnt super thrilled with me.
The outlet was wrong for our little camper which just uses a regular extension cord, but they let us move and the guy was pretty nice about it. We were able to swim for a bit before dark which was awesome, and the shower was able to get super hot and excellent water pressure. Overall, it was a good quick overnight stop for us.
