Victoria was always kept up nicely. Those days have ended. Grass/ weeds are over a foot tall on all sites. So playing games is not very enjoyable these days. But we will continue to go there every month.

We’ve camped at Victoria for over 30 years. It’s close to home and has many beautiful sites. The last visit was a disappointment due to the grass being over knee high, the sites having lots of weeds and in need of gravel refills. It was sad to see our favorite campground looking so run done.

This used to be a well cared for campground. They do little to no maintenance on it anymore. The grass has turned into tall weeds in many areas. It’s unfortunate because this is the closest campground to home.

The public beach area and ramp were closed due to staffing issues (from what we heard), but we could still use the one by the campsite. It was a smaller campground than we had previously been at, but it was quieter, which we enjoyed. We will most certainly be going back.

We stayed at site #17 and it had beautiful views of the lake. The site was level and all hook-ups were good. We enjoyed the fire pit/grill. Misty and Roy from the office were so helpful as this was my first time camping with an RV and I needed a lot of help! Highly recommend this beautiful campground.

Gatekeepers were the friendliest we've encountered in quite some time. As usual, sites were well maintained and everyone in our group had a positive experience.
