We found the campground really nice. The sites were clean and level with asphalt pads. The hosts were extremely helpful and nice. We recommend this Campground for anyone staying in the area. I can imagine the area is really beautiful in the fall. We were on site #46. Very shady and close to the beach area of the lake. We were also really pleased with the Rangers driving through the campground several times during the day. Bathhouses were clean and two dump stations helped prevent lines waiting to dump. The only negative is the gate is locked at 10:30 p.m For folks attending the late baseball games in the area you may have to park in the overflow area and get your vehicle the next morning.

The attendants were amazing! I had many interactions with them and they truly made our camping experience amazing.
Also, we encountered the lakes chief Ranger and he really took the time to talk to the kids about water safety and not crying wolf!
