We had a beautiful site on the lake with our own private pebble beach. The regular beach and playground were very close for us to take the grandkids to. Staff were very accommodating. I did not use the restrooms, so can't speak on them.

We love Victoria Campground, the attendants and the atmosphere. Would have given a better rating but when we arrived the grass needed cutting and was a bit under manicured…we will definitely be back but hope the grounds are a little better looked after by the Core of Engineers…

A great experience from the friendly folks at the gate house to the nice drive-through camping site. The site was clean and well kept. Our camping neighbors were very nice and we met new friends.

We liked the layout of this campground - lots of pull-through sites, some on the water, some in the woods. Close enough to Atlanta and suburbs for necessities and about an hour or so to the mountains. It's quiet during the week. Lots of traffic (boats and vehicles) on the weekend. The camp hosts are very nice and helpful. My only complaint is the showers needed a good cleaning. There were brown smears on the walls the entire 2 weeks we were there. I could rub them off with my soapy hands so definitely not permanent stains. A scrub brush and a jug of bleach would remedy the situation.

Was disappointed to learn there was no dock available to campers, even though "dock" was listed as a feature of the campground. Also, there is no walkable path to the separate launch ramp, there is a fence blocking the way for some reason. There is no place to keep a boat, even briefly, near the campsites.

All was great and clean. Staff was friendly. My only complaint which was out of campground control was water . It was so high you couldn't fish behind my camp at site 56. It was up into the woods. But we are going back june 14th with grandkids. There 1st outing. It should be quite the experience for a 9 and 4 year old.
