What Guests Are Saying
Huckleberry Campground is praised for its cleanliness, well-maintained facilities, and friendly camp hosts who take pride in their work. The beautiful setting by the river offers opportunities for relaxation and outdoor activities, making it a favorite for families. However, some guests noted noise from nearby logging trucks and felt that the pricing was high, especially regarding additional fees for electricity.

The campground is beautiful! The bathrooms are pristine. The staff is friendly, helpful, thoughtful and professional. I can't say enough good things about Huckleberry except I wish there were more spots so we could go more often.! Will be going there for years to come.

The online reservation system is confusing. Nowhere on the board did it show where to go online for the reservation process. Thankfully the host helped us.

The hosts were amazing and the campground was great! Bathrooms were very clean and all the sites are nice. Definitely coming back. The only downside is if you're there during the week, the logging trucks do run up and down the main road quiet frequently.

Too expensive for camping.

All was well except: It seems absurd to charge a $15 fee per day for electricity. Seems quite excessive. It seems like a work-around to circumvent those who purchased federal passes under the impression that they would pay only 50% of camp fee. I suppose I should expect such a move from federal bureaucracy.
