The host was helpful. We liked the dense trees and shade. Very quiet.

The Buffalo campground was so pretty! The campsites were large and kind of secluded. We heard moose but never saw any. Wish we could have stayed longer! For you anglers you can fish with hooks and bait like worms on the Buffalo river that runs along side of the campground. You will need a fishing license from the state of Idaho. The only reason that I gave this 4 stars is because the water was turned off for an entire day and a half in our loop due to a problem with a broken pipe.
