Idahome RV Resort

I reserved at Idahome RV Resort due to my aunt was in hospice care in Caldwell, Idaho and I wanted to see her before she went to be with Jesus. Unfortunately I arrived a couple of hours after she passed.
First of all, the online pictures don't do the resort justice! Idahome RV Resort is huge yet has a community feel. The entire staff were friendly, courteous and accommodating to any issues or concerns that came up. Unfortunately their automatic sprinkler systems was not working properly and only working in certain areas.
The staff sent out emails apologizing for their sprinkler systems not working and brown grass at sites. To assist with trying to keep the grass on the sites green, they purchased small sprinklers and gave them out to people at sites asking if they would water their site. I accepted the challenge and brought back the green grass in my site. They constantly were driving around with a water tank to sites to try and get the grass green again. Now that is dedication as I have ever witnessed.
I truly appreciated their concern and caring what it means to keeping the RV resort beautiful. The resort is beautiful and the sites are huge.
I did offer suggestions to possibly help the resort even better.
1) I suggested them to install several speed humps/bumps to throughout the resorts to ensure some vehicles slow down in the resort since there were several children riding bikes.
2) I believe they have illegal dumping in the resort due to the dumpsters were overflowing by Friday even though the dumpsters were emptied every Monday and Wednesday. Also the resort is located next to a busy highway allowing people to dump their residential trash. They need to lock the dumpsters at night until early morning, or install cameras overlooking the dumpsters in the resort.
Next time I plan a trip to Idaho, I will definitely reserve at Idahome RV Resort! The resort is situated in a small town and close to I84. Till we meet again Idahome RV Resort!!

My wife and I set up home here at Idahome RV resort in Middleton Idaho two months ago while we look for property to build on for us and our sons and their wives. We love this resort. The management and staff are incredible. The facilities are clean. Our neighbors are fantastic.my wife and I have spent more time outside in the last two months, than we have in the last five years. We are living our best life. We are still going to buy property,and tell our kids to enjoy themselves. We will visit often.

Great place, awesome amenities including: real grass and picnic table at your site, pool, hot tub, pickle ball court, basketball hoop 🏀, playground, small mini golf spot, 24hr laundry and fitness facility, clubhouse, showers and restroom. (Here's pics of your site space).
Plus they do fun activities and food truck Fridays 🤤😋

Overall its a really nice park with friendly staff, I just wouldn't call it a resort. Very family friendly and pet friendly, saw plenty of dogs and kids. My gripe is the price. At $80/night it's not worth it imo. We went during memorial weekend and it was full, but the pool was never crowded or busy. Judging by the sites I think there are a lot of full timers there. Checking in is a little confusing, there aren't designated spots to park. The sites are wide and level, but because its only about a year old the trees are small and provide 0 shade. The clubhouse is really nice with a full kitchen, play area for the kids, a small gym, and a place to borrow books and games. The pool, tot lot, basketball court, picketball, putting green are all located right next to the clubhouse with easy access. The pool is warm and saltwater. The hot tub is really warm. There are some tables and chairs near the pool along with lungers. Showers were clean, but they're showers only no toilet. There is a bathroom inside the fencing for the pool. You need a keycard to access the showers and pool. Wifi is ok, ours kept disconnecting so I ended up hotspotting my phone. When it did work I got 38Mbs as seen in the pic, the 283Mbs is 5g cell.

Middleton itself is a great town and very quiet. This would make a nice stop for anyone traveling along I-84.

Large space, new, not much guidance on your spot location. She was not very friendly either.
Was not told about Friday Food truck night and Saturday Bingo night with food truck.
Found out they pick up garbage and fill propane tanks .
According to the sheet we Received at check in. don’t leave garbage out take to dumpster ( which was really full).
Kids are not attend by an adult and make a mess in pool with throwing stuff in pool. Also in wreck room.
