Riley Creek is consistently praised for its clean and well-maintained facilities, spacious and private campsites, and friendly camp hosts, making it a favorite among visitors. The campground offers great amenities like a swimming beach, walking trails, and a dog-friendly area, contributing to a fun and family-friendly atmosphere. While some guests experienced minor issues like limited restroom facilities and noise from nearby sources, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

Great family destination. Paved paths link every part of the park. Nicely spaced sites with tall Douglas Fir and cedar trees providing a fair amount of privacy. Playground, park, basketball courts, weekly ranger-led talks at the amphitheater. Some highway and lumberyard noise.

The 100% reservation system currently being instituted needs to be changed back to the old system where only a certain number of sites were reservable and the rest were on a first-come basis. We live in the area and loved the old system!
