What Guests Are Saying
Springy Point campground offers a beautiful, well-maintained location with friendly hosts and clean restrooms. Many guests appreciate the proximity to the lake and the availability of amenities like showers and dishwashing stations. However, some sites are small and can be challenging for larger trailers, and there have been concerns about wasp nests and limited privacy between campsites.

Sites are very small. Not big enough for travel trailers over 22'.
The camp host that was on duty was very friendly and eager to help.

We stayed in lot #25, it is very unlevel for the length of the motorhome, we had to use all our blocks & extend our jacks, bringing the front tires right off the ground(very bad for motorhome) just to make it level so the refrigerator would work. The slope between the posts from the motorhome to the fire pit was extremely unsafe and all the large loose gravel made it hard walk on without falling. We were very cautious of falling. It was a nice long spot, very clean, beautiful picnic table and very well designed firepit.

This campground is beautiful and pretty quiet. The bathrooms are clean and nicer than expected. The campsite itself is really pretty, but there really isn't a great flat spot to put your tent apart from in the area you park. This may have been due to the campsites next to this one putting their tents outside of their designated space, but it's hard to tell. Just keep it in mind if you're tent camping. Overall, great views and nice facilities. The hosts were very nice as well.

I have been coming to Springy Point for 18+ years, as a kid and now with my own kids, it is always my favorite summer destination. We love the closeness of the beach to the campsites. The dishwashing stations are awesome and we’re happy to see this year the showers no longer require a quarter to pay. The tall trees keep the campsite cool so you don’t over heat at night. Power and water would be a nice addition but we know it would also change the entire experience and make the campsite much busier so maybe it’s best the way it is. The camp attendants are always nice and friendly and we appreciate their hardwork to keep the campsite in order. Until next time

Springy Point is well-maintained with plenty of trees - it's a beautiful site! Our group loved being on the lake with excellent proximity to Sandpoint.

Absolutely beautiful location with stunning sunset views at the lake! Camp hosts Barbie and Matthew were so incredibly welcoming and kind! Bathrooms were kept very clean. My only regret was not being able to stay longer!
