Riley Creek is consistently praised for its clean and well-maintained facilities, spacious and private campsites, and friendly camp hosts, making it a favorite among visitors. The campground offers great amenities like a swimming beach, walking trails, and a dog-friendly area, contributing to a fun and family-friendly atmosphere. While some guests experienced minor issues like limited restroom facilities and noise from nearby sources, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

Camp host was amazing! 55 Washington plates and only 4 Idaho plates, that was a bit disappointing. Would like to see more locals enjoying their campgrounds.

Beautiful campground. We’ve always enjoyed our visits but this time we were rained out so we left early.

How you guys manage to make a perfect location/experience and make it better, is beyond me. My family and friends look
forward to coming here each year (10 years in a row) and it never disappoints.

Very clean, well maintained and quiet. Sites are well spaced with lots of mature trees. Facilities are kept in great condition. We will return for another visit.

We stayed 2 nights at Riley Creek in July. When our kids were young it was a favorite place of ours, but we had not been for many years. The campground is very nice. We used a tent, while our daughter’s family used their trailer on the same site. Trails were nice, beach and swim area nice. We were on Nighthawk loop, #13. The camp host was very friendly . The restrooms were very clean. Other campers were well behaved. The first night there was a lot of noise from the nearby mill. If not for that, I would have rated our stay five stars. We’d go again nonetheless, but might try for a spot on Raven loop with distance and trees to muffle the mill noise. All in all, we had fun.

From Highway 2 in Laclede, Idaho, turn south onto Riley Creek Road, then continue about 1 mi to the campground entrance.
