Riley Creek is consistently praised for its clean and well-maintained facilities, spacious and private campsites, and friendly camp hosts, making it a favorite among visitors. The campground offers great amenities like a swimming beach, walking trails, and a dog-friendly area, contributing to a fun and family-friendly atmosphere. While some guests experienced minor issues like limited restroom facilities and noise from nearby sources, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

The camp was clean and well cared for. I was glad to see that we no longer have to put quarters in to be able to take a shower. We had a great time! Thank you!

Another beautiful Idaho campground, although there were too many out of state visitors. Only 20% in the park were from Idaho. Frustrating when you can’t reserve a spot at a campground you pay taxes for!

Great campground! Spacious sites with more privacy than many campgrounds. Beach is nice but there’s lots of large bird poo and seaweed left on the beach. One day it was raked over, which helped. Other days it was untouched and some families were tossing the poo in the river to get rid of it, but resulted in floaters all over the swimming area. The fishing docks are awesome! Relatively clean bathrooms for a state campground. We will return.

From Highway 2 in Laclede, Idaho, turn south onto Riley Creek Road, then continue about 1 mi to the campground entrance.
