Beautiful campground, nice and clean and had lovely and friendly park rangers and campground hosts. The sunsets on the beach is something you don’t want to miss!

The campsites were laid out in a wonky way, but the sites were a decent size and contain a picnic table and fire ring. Just like the recreation.gov map shows, Sites 29 and 31 are adjoining, so if you want any privacy, these are not the sites to choose. Site 29 is along the lake, although it is above the lake so you have to walk the short trail down to the water's edge. The shower house was clean and satisfactory. The camp host was friendly.

Nice campground with bathroom, showers and drinking water faucets. Great for boaters., easy access to boat launch. Convenient RV dump right as you leave. Only complaint is traffic noise on road next to campground

The campground was so clean and bathrooms and shower were great, hot water and clean. The camp host was very helpful and the ranger on duty was very informative. I would highly recommend camping there. It was my last stop on the way to Canada and I would definitely want to come back.

Some sites are small. Make sure your RV fits before reserving a site.

This is a wonderful spot! It was very clean, great amenities and on the lake. My only comment would be it is off an oddly busy road which we would not have expected to be busy but it was. There was quite a bit of traffic noise but it did not deter from our overall enjoyment of the campground.

The water access was the best feature about this campground. We planned to ride our bikes but the road was too busy. Also the bike lane over the lake was closed.

The hosts were lovely but site 22 was grossly misrepresented. The site shared a flat area with the adjacent site, meaning you’re separated from them by only a few posts. The sliver of this area that belongs to 22 is tiny compared to that neighbor and every other site. Because it is so tiny, the assigned fire pit and picnic table are fully past the dividing posts and inside the other site. The hosts helped me move the picnic table to my site and I did not need a fire pit, but to advertise that these things are available then have them be fully in another site is asinine. Having to pay full price for this site is preposterous as well. The existence of this site as an entity separate from the neighboring site does not make sense. There was also no dirt area to set up a tent like other sites had so the tent needed to go on the flat pad which was partial cement and not able to be penetrated by stakes. If anything, this site should be absorbed into the neighboring site. I can’t imagine what someone would do if they had a larger vehicle or trailer. The one good thing about this site was the quick beach access, which itself was beautiful and well maintained.

The camp hosts were amazing helping me find a spot. But the campground was to noisy with the main road near by. The grounds is narrow with a road on one side and the lake on the other. No real trail to walk a dog. It would be nice to have more benches near the water to sit and enjoy the lake.
