A nice little camping area. The beach is super adorable and the kids and I loved the sandy beach and calm water. The campground was well kept, there were showers available which is a bonus while camping. It’s close enough to hear a train pretty often but not so close that it’s super jarring like some of the other close by campgrounds. Overall, it was a good experience!

The facilities were great. Nice secluded campsite, clean bathrooms, and a 2 minute walk to the lake.

Affordable tent camping sites, NICE bathrooms and showers, even had a dishwashing sink!! Loved the little swimming area also, we had ducks come up on shore next to us. So cute. The sites are pretty close together so during the day it can be kind of loud with people around you, but this is expected for a campground I think... also maybe there is a quiet time after 10pm because it was quiet at night, so no noise issues there. Really enjoyed this place and would stay again!

Great spot if you can get by without hookups, we managed just fine with our generator! Great Lake access, rode bikes into Sandpoint! Campground hosts were very informative about the area and very friendly! We can’t wait to stay there again!

The campground was nice and I was able to book a spot last minute which was great! The camp host was a lovely woman and chatted with me for a bit and made me feel very welcome. Other campers in sites next to mine were not so great. Generators running for hours, loud music, cutting through my site… other than the rude campers, my stay was very nice! I love that the beach was so close and there was a dock.

The Campground was clean and well equipped. Easy access to the water and had clean bathrooms, showers, and dishwashing stations. Water spigots were conveniently located. We enjoyed a day of playing tourist downtown enjoying The Forge Pizza on Pine Street (highly recommend!) and the Lake Pend Oreille Cruises. We took the "History" Cruise which was relaxing, informative and a fun trip around the north part of the lake.
Our only setback was not being able to use the campfire ring due to fire danger and restrictions. The decision had been made just moments before we checked in. Our nights got down into the 40's so it would've been nice in the mornings but we understood the danger and reason for the restrictions due to the fires in Spokane that same weekend. Camp hosts were kind and very helpful.

Very shady which we loved. Our camper was shaded the whole day! The campsite is very close to the beach which is sandy, not rocky which is a plus!
The only thing we didn't like is that the campsites are pretty close together. otherwise we would have given 5 stars.

Love this campground! The bathrooms with flush toilets are quite a treat, and staff kept them nice and clean. Hosts were very welcoming and informative. Beautiful spot to camp and close to Sandpoint, ID if you want some time away from the campground.
