Disgustingly filthy campground overrun by grazing cattle--everywhere at the campsites are cow patties. Surely it can't be that difficult to maintain the fences and cattle guards to keep cattle out of the campground and the camp sites!

We had a very pleasant stay at this campsite, surrounded by trees, very well maintained and overall enjoyable. There are many paths to go adventure, our favorite was the nature trail which was a nice easy walk for anyone. The camphost was amazing! From the start he worked with us to switch to a spot more accommodating for our trailer, all while making us smile. So nice! They did a great job at making the campground clean and enjoyable. There is a long dirt road to get to the campground, but worth it to get up to the beautiful trees and peaceful area. Tip, put your garbage up at night, some friendly critters come down for supper if not.

Me and my family stayed at H1 camp ground with the horse corrals and it was amazing! Clean and beautiful campground! Met the camp host the morning of our second day and he was so nice and helpful on giving out tips around the campground! Outhouses are super clean and always stocked with toilet paper! Fresh cold water at the campsites or near them! We loved our camping trip there and plan going again!

Very nice! The camp host as well as the temporary camp host were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The bathrooms were very well kept and cleaned. They were power washed and swept out. Deodorizers were placed when necessary.

Just east of Lava Hot Springs, Idaho, look for "Pebble Area" sign and turn left onto Blaser Highway/Old Highway 30. Go north on the paved highway 9 miles to Pebble Creek Road, known locally as Mike's Place or Whiskey Mike's. Turn left across railroad tracks on gravel Forest Road 036. Travel about 7 miles to the campground.
Pebble Creek Road is a narrow single-lane dirt road with limited sight distance and not suitable for the very large RVs (the tour bus size RVs that require overhead clearance due to their height and have limited turning capacity due to length, as opposed to a truck with trailer of the same length which has a tighter turning radius due to the hitch).
The campground is accessible via Blaser Highway/Old Highway 30, which is a paved highway connecting to nearby roads. The nearest major highway is US Highway 30, approximately 9 miles from the campground.
