Haven Hills Campground & Resort, Aldeo, Illinois

Love this place!!! So much to do,see,and explore! We loved getting a golf cart and cruisin the 155 acres. And golfing was fun. Bingo was great. We enjoyed the pool quite a bit. Free breakfast was amazing. Live music was really good.

Definitely our favorite place to camp! The campground is amazing, only in it's 2nd year. The amenities include a brand new huge pool and hot tub that just opened this spring. The staff are so inviting and friendly. All of our stays have been great experiences. You won't be disappointed!

Such a great place to stay for families! Pool, splash pad (although was under repair during our stay, our daughter would have loved it), kiddy mini golf, ponds, golf cart rentals, a very very nice playground for kids! We loved the open space and fishing! Staff friendly. Currently under construction, but of course our 1 year old loved the sand so it was free entertainment for us! It's nice to see them putting work back into the place to make an already great place even better! We can't wait to return!

This campground has great potential but at this time I do not recommend it. Pool has been closed most of the time we have stayed here and was just told it will be closed the next two days. Also the bounce pillow is off as well. The splash pad was never open while we were here. My 3 year old twins have nothing but a playground with two swings and a slide to play on. I could have stayed home for what this place is offering right now. A 4 hour drive for a city park. Staff is no where to be found you are given a card with a number to call if you have any issues to which of course no one picks up. When we finally did talk to the owner all he offered was a free golf cart rental no money back. Construction is everywhere walk paths are not finished mud everywhere. If you have little ones like I do i would not stay here for at least another year or two. The owner should have communicated this in an email or phone call that they were working on the pool and splash pad before we arrived as I would have made other arrangements. In the end not happy campers and leaving a day early to go home.

My family and I had a fantastic time here at this campground. It is a fabulous place to have a fun relaxing vacation with friends and family. We decided to stay in the cabins, and they definitely did not disappoint. Everything we would need, the cabin came with it. We spent the mornings riding around exploring all the trails on the golf cart, and ended the evenings with s'mores over the campfire and watching the fireflies. When we are in the area again, this is definitely the place we will be staying!
